At Excel Diamonds our primary focus is that you be 100% completely satisfied with your purchase. In fact, we are so confident that our diamonds are a cut above the rest that if for any reason you want to return your loose diamond, diamond ring, or jewelry item, notify us within our timetable for returns and we will refund your money.

We issue a 100% refund on all loose diamonds, set diamonds, standard diamond rings, and jewelry items, less original shipping and insurance.

All Custom Made rings, Tiffany Replica Rings and Designer rings by Vatche, will be accepted for return and receive a 70% refund and less our original shipping/insurance cost. All Men’s Wedding bands sales from our store (including mens bands from designs by Vatche) are custom orders. The sale of our own mens and VATCHE mens wedding bands are final and are not refundable.

We will not accept jewelry items for a refund if the security tag has been removed, or if there is any evidence of damage to the item

Here is how it works

We give you a 10 - day inspection period, starting from the moment you receive the package. During this time we encourage you to have your Loose or set diamond evaluated and confirmed by an Independent Appraiser. To see a list of Independent Appraisers please click here. At any point during the inspection period, you can return your purchase to us for a refund less original shipping and insurance and according to our aforementioned schedule. Returned items must be accompanied by all original reports and documentation in order to qualify for a refund.

Contact Exceldiamonds via telephone or e-mail for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.

Send back your purchase no later than the 11th day after receipt.

Exceldiamonds receives the package and examines the item to determine that it is in its original, undamaged condition.

Exceldiamonds promptly issues a refund.

This upgrade policy, is defined as a 50% increase above your original purchase price. Your original purchase price is applied to your upgraded diamond and you simply pay the difference.
